About us

Hug Filtersystems is located near Austin in beautiful Liberty Hill, Texas. We are a subsidiary of Hug Engineering AG, Switzerland which has been in the exhaust after treatment business for over 25 years.

The core competence of Hug Filtersystems is the distribution and support of diesel particulate filters for on- and off road engines up to 900hp.

All filter components, including substrate, catalyst; coating and housing are developed and produced by our parent company Hug Engineering AG in Switzerland. This again facilitates fast and competitive customization for individual client needs.

Our exhaust after treatment systems are specifically developed and tested for applications on construction equipment, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, trucks, buses, motor homes, locomotives and small ships.

Hug is active in all major markets around the world.
